Although we strive to always refer you to an in-network provider, however it is recommended that If you receive a referral from our office for a Laboratory, Radiology, Diagnostic test, Specialist, Surgical center, Urgent care, Hospital or Emergency department, please inquire about their in-network participation at the time of scheduling your appointment, on arrival at the facility and before receiving the services, since their participation status may have changed from the time of initiating the referral. Please refer to the patient rights section about certain situations when balance billing isn’t allowed, even if you receive service from an out of network provider.
